NEW FOR 24 – Beginner’s Clay Pigeon Shooting Experience


Fearann Eilean Iarmain has teamed up with A.C.E Target Sports to bring you a brand new experience

If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at Clay Pigeon Shooting, then our brand new “all weather” experience is perfect for you. Based at our clay ground, just a few minutes from Hotel Eilean Iarmain, you will receive full instruction and a safety briefing before shooting at a selection of clay targets. Available for groups of 2 – 6 people, our “try your hand” experience takes approximately 1 hour (for 2 people) and costs just £50 per person.

Tuesday to Saturday – Times available 10.30, 12.30 and 2.30
Whilst the shooting shelter is covered, we recommend you dress appropriately for the weather.

Our new sporting clay pigeon shooting set up just ten minutes from Hotel Eilean Iarmain.

Opened in 2021 in a stunning location on the estate our clay ground offers five sporting stands, each designed to give a classic sporting game bird challenge.

Flushing Woodcock, High Pheasant, Flighting Pigeon, Driven Partridge and Driven Grouse,

Are you a total novice but would like to try clay pigeon shooting? Our clay pigeon taster sessions are very popular.

A shotgun, cartridges, ear and eye protection will be provided.
Extra clays and cartridges can be provided at an additional cost.
A minimum of two people and a minimum age of 12 years old.
Spectators are more than welcome at no additional charge.
Tea and coffee will be provided

Taster Session:
15 birds over sporting stand
£50 per person

Sporting Birds:
5 Stands, 30 Clays (3 doubles at each stand)
£65 per person
