Fantastic hotel and staff, the food was delicious and generous. Scott is a highly engaging, patient and talented gamekeeper who possesses an almost mystic ability spotting the wildlife on the estate. His adherence to, and display of, traditional stalking is underpinned by a strongly ethical approach to conservation and estate management. I literally cannot wait to get back there.
